What is DALI?

DALI stands for Digital Addressable Lighting Interface. Compatible equipment communicates over a two-wire bus. Depending on the installation, systems can support individual commands, groups, scenes and feedback. See the DALI Alliance overview.

Where can I find an InHam product's model number?

Open Products, select a product family and look for the model identifier on the product card or at the top of the product page.

Can I convert a DALI command into a 0–10V signal?

The DALI to 0–10V category contains applicable converter models. Confirm the output type, channel count and electrical limits before choosing one. A bridge that supports the opposite conversion direction cannot automatically be assumed to perform the same task.

What is the difference between 0–10V and DALI?

0–10V is an analogue dimming interface; DALI is a digital lighting-control protocol. Device compatibility, dimming curves and available feedback differ. A correctly selected converter connects suitable interfaces but does not guarantee every feature of either system will transfer.

What does Zhaga Book 18 mean?

Book 18 specifies a smart interface for outdoor luminaires and sensing or communication modules. A matching mechanical interface is not proof that two products are certified or fully interoperable. Consult the Zhaga product directory for actual certification information.

Are all models suitable for outdoor installation?

No. Review each model's stated IP rating, connector protection and allowed operating conditions. The enclosure rating of one component does not establish the rating of the completed installation.

Where are the installation diagrams, files and videos?

Each product page contains separate sections for specifications, installation information, downloads and videos. Items not supplied in the previous website export are not shown as verified documents or demonstrations. Contact us for the correct model-specific material.
