Support
From product identification to interface compatibility and commissioning preparation, the following checklist will help you get to a useful technical answer faster.
Step 1 — Identify the equipment
Include the full InHam model number, driver type, controller model and any other equipment connected to the same bus or dimming circuit. If you have a photo of the product label, keep it available for the support discussion.
Step 2 — Describe the target behavior
Tell us whether you need on/off control, smooth dimming, scene control, a sensor response or protocol conversion. For 0–10V devices, state which side supplies or sinks the analogue signal when known.
Step 3 — Describe the installation
Provide the power arrangement, wiring diagram, cable route, number of devices, environment and any fault indication. If the question concerns a retrofit, note which components are being kept and which are being changed.
Common troubleshooting checks
- Confirm the model, rated supply and intended input/output direction against the datasheet.
- Check that the bus has an appropriate power source and that system limits have not been exceeded.
- Confirm device addressing and configuration where the system requires it.
- For sensors, review placement, line of sight and the relevant commissioning settings.
- For an analogue interface, verify that the selected signal type is supported by both devices.
Safety: Do not open, alter or energize wiring based solely on this overview. Isolate power and refer electrical troubleshooting to a qualified technician and the model-specific instructions.
